  : The after hours staff was helpful.
  : We rented for 2 nights and only stayed one. The staff did not inform me that the location was in a zone that we could not drive our car into (I am sure I received a ticket in the mail as I entered the area with my vehicle). Had to get the key from a different location than the actual property. I was not informwd that I would have to find parking around the vicinity and walk into the area. The pull out bed was stained and my husband took a shower and the towel also had some sort of stain on it. The place is not as advertised and we would not ever stay there again. I called to get a refund of the night I did not stay and they directed me to call Booking since that is where I made the reservation. I will be contacting Booking now. Hopefully this can be resolved.

  : Nice appartement with a comfortabel bed. Good location in the old town.
  : Noisy street because of nearby bar and emptying of trash containers in the middle of the night! Usually around 1 oclock, really ridiculous.

  : The location, near to a vibrant centre.
  : Almost everything. Doesnt look one bit like the pictures. De appartment is absolutely dirty. The floor was black from dirt. The cleaning lady used the dirty, black towels (!!!!!) to clean the appartment. The communication from SingularStay is terrible! Little to no information at all. At checkin the women couldnt be more antisocial. Stuff fell from the balcony and there wasnt a way to get it. They told is that they would contact someone to get out stuff, it has been a week and still have nothing heard of them.The place is nice, but it has so much noice. You wont get a goodnight sleep. Every 15 minutes you hear the church. At 1 oclock in the night and 7 in the morning they come and empty the glass bins with soooooo much noice.I am absolutely disappointed and regret that I even booked here. Singularstay is a big company, how can you be so unprofessional?!!!

  : The location is exceptional - perfect for exploring the city. It is spacious and comfortable with a separate, well equipped kitchen. Shops are close by to pick up any supplies. Communication from the company owners was very good a clear instructions were given for key collection and drop off.
  : The church bells were very close, but do not sound between midnight and 8am. So this was fine for our family. Central location means there are noises from the street, but nothing that bothered us too much. My view is that the excellent location beats the fact there is a little outdoor noise at night.

  : No shower gel and not enough toilet roll for 3 night stay. Wardrobe door jammed on one side so could only use half of it. Sitting room a bit clinical, could do soft furnishings such as a rug

  : the check in process was a Hugh afford.first booking, then filling out forms online, then collecting key at place 1, then I hab to go to another place to collect the key. then filling out all the stuff which I did before online.and then going to the actual place. all together it took me 4 hours.the Appartement is not so nice than the pictures are telling.
