  : We were meet at the apartment and shown everything. Also we were given a lot of information about the restaurants and surrounding areas of Valencia.The apartment is big with a balcony. Everything you need in the kitchen and apartment. The bathroom was big.The location is fine, not in the centre but about a 10 minute walk. Security for the apartment is very good, double doors to access it. We would recommend this apartment.
  : The water heater in the bathroom takes about 30 minutes to reheat.

  : Very quiet majority of time, comfortable bed but a bit squeaky, outdoor space, decent bathroom, secure building, good location, good map orientation by host
  : No washer, only one towel set provided for a week, very little paper towel, shower entry deceivingly high banged my toe, bed squeaky but comfortable

  : Lovely large apartment 10 minutes walk from the beautiful old city of Valencia. Well equipped, spacious rooms including a separate living room. The host Ivor met us at the property and was really helpful in explaining how to travel around the city. The apartment also has a balcony which we enjoyed using.

  : Just the bedit was soft and maybe broken in the middleI rolled toward the center dip. The sliding door latch did not lock. Everything else was truly wonderful!

  : Abundant, warm shower and plenty of good quality towels. Renovated spacious bathroom with full-size mirror. In the kitchen: every gadget, cutlery and set of pots you might need along with some basics like salt n pepper, mineral water, detergent. The decoration was in good taste. It was great to have a small patio with plants because it made the apartment luminous. The two apartments are the 2 halves of a single large one. I got the apartment on the inside of the building, so it was extremely quiet. The kind hostess helped me to get a taxi.
  : Little space for suitcase, clothes and shoes. Table too tiny to work on. For a stay longer than 3 nights, it could be comfortable for only one person.
