  : Location is good, five min walk to Lionshead village and 7 min to gondola. The hostess from Turnkey Lynn was very nice and responded quickly to our problem - apt was dirty upon arrival not cleaned - she tried really hard to fix the problem by arranging a diff cleaning crew and came over on Sun night to bring the clean linens. Bathrooms are newly renovated. Fireplaces are a nice touch.
  : Unfortunately the apt was dirty when we arrived at 5pm so despite the Turnkey persons strong efforts, we spent the first four hours attempting to wash the linens ourselves, running out to buy detergents, making calls, waiting around for the new cleaning crew to turn up etc which basically ruined the first day and prevented kids from going to sleep or eating on time. The furniture is old and lofts only accessible by vertical ladder which made it hard for anyone not between 15-35 to use. Loft beds don’t have a lot of headroom. Overall we paid an astronomical price (indeed for week of new year peak season) for a mediocre apt in not great condition. Also TVs were not working. Living area also not as big as photos look. Will try to look for better value for money next year.
