  : Svetlana was very helpful and willing to help with our needs, just extremely busy, so not always readily available. The washing machine and drying rack were wonderful, as was the small refrigerator, microwave, and hot water pot. There was enough room to sleep 6 with two queen size beds and a couch that made into a bed. Having air conditioners in both rooms was also very nice. The childrens playground inside the gated complex was well maintained and a safe place for all the children.
  : The apartment was not ready when we arrived, so we came back later. It was not overly clean - the floors were fair and the bed sheets did not seem very clean. There was no toilet paper. We stayed for a whole week, and there was no broom or any way to keep the room tidy ourselves. Also, the lights in the entryway of the apartment itself were burned out, making it difficult to get in the door some evenings. We had 5 people in our group and only 2 towels.
