Hotel Residence Loren

Very Poor
Traveller Type:
  : Beds are comfortable.
: Guests should receive the instructions how to open the garage gate when they check in. No instructions at all. We had a trouble on the first night while we need to figure out how to open the garage door. That was a terrible experience. Additional, we cannot communicate with the host of the breakfast area because she cannot speak English, not a bit. How can she get that job?

Very Good

  : Easy check-inNice employees
: Many trains near the hotel.

Disappointing
Traveller Type:
: The location to the train station
: The property and rooms were infested with spiders. The room has spiders and we checked in late. Tried to call front desk but no one answered.

: WARNING - this is not a safe place to stay. The hotel has no occupied reception and is in the corner of a dead end street. When we arrived at the reception there was a computer to check in. And when we were doing this 2 criminals where there to try and get our card via an excuse that they couldnt get in the parking. They were cleary experienced in tricking people. This gives them the opportunity to copy the card and enter the room when you are not there. We decided to call the hotel but the where unreachable for us. The only solution we had - as these guys where observing our moves - was to leave the hotel and find another safe place to stay. This was a horrible experience and clearly it is not the first time if you scroll through the comments. We called booking.com who finally were able to connect with the hotel but unfortunately none of them are doing anything about it. We lost our money, half a day of our holiday and thats the end! We can not believe that the hotel just does not care about the safety of its clients!
