  : The inn was easy to locate and we could park right outside. The room was clean and bright and had a fridge too. Although they couldn't provide a cooked breakfast there was porridge, yogurts, cake, pastries fruit and fruit juice available.
  : There wasn't anything we didn't like but would suggest installing a shelve in the bathroom for toiletries and also including a bath mat as the floor was slippery when wet.

  : Staff helped me upstairs as I had 2 bags and was on the very top floor.
  : 1. I had no hot water in my shower for 2 days. I tried showering at 0430, 2230 and 0800, I ran the shower for 10 mins each time to see if the hot water just took time to vome through, to no avail. I had to have a cold sink wash on both days.2. The skylight was open, making the room freezing. It also had no blind allowing the sun to wake me up early on day 2.3. There is no parking as advertised. The 3 spaces are full by locals, I had to park several streets away. The whole village looks like it's perminantly like this, even local car parks were full, odd through the night when everything is closed if it's not locals using the spaces. 4. The bed was broken and old. It turned out to be 2 single divan beds pushed together. This left a 2-inch gap in the middle, making it very uncomfortable. The matress also felt like it had broken springs on the right-hand side as there was a dip in it which would wake me up when I rolled over in my sleep. 5. "Breakfast" was some kettle porridge and some pastries left in a bread bin halfway up the stairs. 6. Ceilings on the second floor are very low. Im 5'6" and struggled at points. 7. One overhead light and one bedside lamp were broken.I'm really disappointed, I haven't slept or washed properly in 2 days, not ideal, especially when you are travelling for work.   : The pub is in a square just off the main road that goes through the village. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening meal was great value and huge! I slept well although my friend said they didnt sleep so well. I would stay here again.
  : My friend said the bed was uncomfortable and she could hear traffic noise. I certainly didnt and thought it very comfortable.

  : Fantastic location on the square - easily walkable to everything in Usk. Kind staff.
  : The worst beds I've ever tried to sleep in - you can feel every individual spring coil in every bed (I tried 3 before sleeping on the floor). Room developed severe mold/ mildew after hard rain that made the air unbreathable. There's no breakfast option, so they offer pastries and fruit but the pastry box was consistently empty and fruit was under- or over-ripe, so effectively no breakfast. The "clean" room came complete with pastry crumbs on the pillows, and a layer of lint on the floor.

  : Super location for Usk walking. Nice little complimentary extras and very welcoming staff.
  : Nothing really. Its exactly what youd expect from a country pub/restaurant with rooms. Super staff with lovely touches (fresh milk, fruit and pastries etc).
