  : Full on in the nature and by the lake. Beautiful views and well done rooms.Really good food both for breakfast and dinner and great service everyone there was kind and helpful and polite.
  : There is an absolutely unnecessary playlist of music starting breakfast and until dinner service is done. The music is everywhere including in the rooms and restaurant. Its annoying and loud and music taste is different for everyone anyway. You want to be able to enjoy the nature and silence without being forced into music - if you want yo rest during the day the music comes from the bathroom also. Big minus

  : The view from the rooms is amazingthe breakfast and lunch was good, however food is a bit overpriced for what it offers
  : No privacy on the room terrace, as it is right in front of their small open air area (tens of people were in this area, children and parents screaming at each other and running and playing right next to the private terraces of the rooms- impossible to read and relax). i also mention that most of the people that were staying in front of the terraces were not actually staying at ATRA, but were outside visitors)Children were left to run on the hallways until 9 in the evening, smashing on the door of our room (even opening it at one time) and screaming. i agree that their parents should have done something about this, but still the staff did not do anything either.No fridge in the roomThe TV could not be plugged in to use it (the cable was too short to reach the plug on the wall)After reserving the room and paying for it we were announced that a special dinner will be organized that night, with a fixed menu of 300 RON per person. As the menu did not suit our preferences, we were not allowed to have dinner in the ATRA restaurant (choosing smth different), thus we had to find some other option to eat that night- which was not easy as ATRA is kind of isolated. It wasnt an ideal situation

  : the room was very hot, after 21:00 you can not find anyone as reception works 10-18, food is extremely heavy, bed has a metal construction design close to head very uncomfortable

  : Some basics in room like a kettle. menu is all quite high end dining and would benefit from a lighter bar menu forlunches as there are noalternative places to eat nearby.

  : Beautiful hotel and amazing location and views, comfortable bed.
  : Dinner time ended at 9 p.m, we didn't know that,we arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m and went to dinner at 9:05, with a child and no other options to eat around(it's a remote place ) and we couldn't eat, the waiter said the last order was at 9 , end of story. When we arrived(8p.m)there was no one at the reception, we were left the keys and a paper on the reception desk,where it's true it was written that they close the restaurant at 9 pm ,but we only saw the hours from the restaurant hallway saying that the dinner is until 11 p.m... In the morning at breakfast, no one said anything to us, not even good morning, not a word about where we could sit,eat,nothing. It's not like we couldn't manage ourselves, we just felt like no one cares about the customers.Otherwise, everything was ok with our stay.

  : The place has abreath taking wiew!!!the architecture is beautiful.. roms smal but enough.
  : The stream in the shower is reduculsly low. No air conditioning, so in summer very hot inside hotel team are correct but not nice, not a smile.Food in the restaurant is bad, we ordered only salades .tomato , leaves were tired, and not tasty sause to hide it. Only thing ok were mashrooms. Restaurant very expensive.The hotel has kiaks for guest, but they are just thrown outside - self service - not inviting.
