: The total package offered by the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The breakfasts were varied but most importantly, the staff and management went out of their way to make sure our stay was more than enjoyable.
: The access to the hotel ie very steep drive way, would not necessarily be suitable for those with mobility issues.

: We were very happy with the amazing location, the building, and the surroundings. The absolutely best part was the wonderful staff of the hotel. Despite us arriving very late in the evening (close to midnight!), Jan (the young host that we believed woke up to receive us for our late check-in) was very helpful with language tips, tourist information and a well needed coffee. During our stay, the whole staff were extremely kind and warm, and made us feel very welcome and like family, not just guests. Breakfasts were a joy, with many local cheeses, fruits, sauces and bread. One will not be left hungry. And the staff was kind enough to wake up before 5am to make breakfast on the day of the race (which started very early).

: To be honest we were very disappointed with this property and there wasn't much I could compliment. The location is quiet central but quiet and some staff tried to be nice to us. Apart from that not much positive.
: Whole hotel is VERY worn out. The room very stuffy, not very clean (a lot of dust and spider webs in places), dark, smelling like sewage in the bathroom. The pool area in a mess: furniture stored there. Breakfast was just OK . The room was also directly giving to pool area so not that quiet. Definitely not worth the price. We are very disappointed given the reviews and pictures. The staff was not unfriendly but as noone spoke English it was very hard to communicate with them. No flexibility on check out time either.

: Beautiful room, great breakfast.
: Booked the hotel because there was a pool. However, upon our arrival, they drained the pool for repairs and commenced work, using angle grinders, right outside our door, and creating a huge mess. Some notification would have been appreciated. Really wanted a pool in that heat. The room wasn't cleaned during the 3 day stay

: we had a lovely stay at the property, it was very quiet and felt more like we had our own apartment/ air bnb and less like a hotel which we really liked. we stayed in the honey moon suite which was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too and the property had everything we needed. the location is good there are lots of places to eat/drink in the area and it is very easy to get taxis in rgp. The hotel staff were very helpful and helped arrange our transfers, they were great at communicating through WhatsApp.
: The only thing I can think of was that the pool wasnt filled with water when we stayed. This was most likely because of the weather and the time of year that we went. We werent too bothered by this but it would have been good to know beforehand.
