  : The apartment is new in newly built building with elevator and small parking with sliding gate. Additional parking space is available around the building. A small bakery and a store are just across the street. The Lidl store is also very near.
  : There are always ideas for small details that improve the cozy feeling for guests. For example, coffee, small chocolate bars for kids, maybe some juice... nothing much, just essentials when you arrive from your trip to get relaxed and refreshed. Also the soap dispanser was not functional.

  : It's close to the highway, very easy to reach it. There is Lidl store next to the apartment. The building is new, new furniture in the apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped. High speed optical internet, very good for work. Private parking for 4-5 cars maximum with a gate, but they didn't lock it at all. There were only two cars there during our stay. The owner told us he had a problem with locked gate from other guests that's why he doesn't want to lock it any more.
  : This apartment for smokers only. They noted it in the description, but implicitly, I couldn't see it when I read the description. There was smell of cigarettes all the time of our stay there. If you don't smoke, you understand me. Another problem was in the bathroom. There was a persistent smell of sewage or something like that. We were not sure of the reason for that, but the shower cabin was leaking, the water was went through the gap between the wall and cabin. They just need to fill it in. After every shower we had a big puddle on the floor in the bathroom and we didn't have anything for mopping. There was so noisy at the apartment as it locates on the intersection and the traffic is quite heavy. We couldn't open window or balcony. The air conditioning worked well. We saw our owner just once, when we arrived. He met us, showed us the apartment, recommended a few places for us to visit. He promised to bring us an electrical kettle and then he forgot about it. We've never saw him again. No washing machine, no microwave, no electrical kettle. The town is small and shabby. We walked to the central park near the river, but it was nothing special.
