  : The only thing u liked about the hotel was the location, that it was very close to the airport and that it was close to the shopping centre and Lidl
  : Firstly, we didn't like the fact that the hotel does not serve a breakfast buffet. When booking this hotel it stated that 'breakfast is provided' which I assumed would be a buffet and we could pay for there. But no we were told we had to book breakfast months in advance and it is not a buffet it is in a takeaway bag. Secondly we did not like the fact that the rooms had no kettle,tea bags or disposable cups, I have stayed in 3/4 star hotels that provide this. We had to buy our own cups and tea bags and request for a kettle. Thirdly on booking.com website it stated that for this hotel the restaurant was open, however when we checked in they stated that the restaurant is not up and running, which is a clear lie and deception as online it states 'restaurant open'. Next I did not like that the hotel lacked facilities, they only had a gym and nothing else. Lastly, our checkout date was 22 August 2023 we spoke to a member of staff on 21st August 2023 during the staff and asked if we could extend our stay at the hotel. Because check out is at 11am on 22/08 and our flight is at 11:05pm so we just wanted a place to store and keep our belongings so we could explore the town before we have to leave for the airport. The member of staff told us that zleep hotel can hold our belongings free of charge and we can pick it up at the end of the day, we said great and the next day on 22 August 2023 I went to reception and spoke to a different staff member and explained the situation and told them that we spoke to someone yesterday who said that the hotel and hold our belongings, he stated no this is not the case because no one is at the hotel 24/7 to take care of our belongings, he did state that we could extend our stay by booking a room again and he could keep us in that same room, I said fine and I paid for a room.

  : Thats was not 3 star hotel. It was barely one star motel with the M not H. Room was nothing looked at the pictures, and it was too expensive for what they were offering .
