  : The place itself is pretty ok, it has a nice pool, decent breakfast but nothing special.
  : We had a very unpleasant check in experience. We got there very late at 12 in the night and the reception staff left our key in the keybox outside the hotel. When we opened the keybox, our keys were not there and we soon realized that the PIN of ALL the keyboxes were so simple to guess that we opened actually all the key boxes and none had our room key( also one keybox had the keys of the staff areas - super big security issue I would say). We finally went and asked around and the staff didn't know anything about it and finally it turns out that another guest that heard us talking came to explain that he didn't find his key either in the keybox and opened other keyboxes as well (because it was so easy to guess the PIN code) and found our hotel room keys and thought that the staff maybe made a mistake and messed up the boxes. It was a GIANT MESS, our luck was that the other guest didn't use the room yet so he agreed to give the keys to us and we took our room back(after another guest left his luggage there). This was all happening after a long day in the middle of the night because the staff messed up. We went next day to complain and they just apologised and that's it. I expected more than just some apologies, this was a really horrible experience for us. Never setting foot here again.

  : We were wat later due to traffic and weather. They called us up and it was no problem that we were what later. The reception had given word to the restaurant staff and upon arrival we could go to them to get the key to our room. Very friendly and helpfull personel. :-)
  : At times where it was quite busy -many guests to attend to at one time- in the restaurant (mainly at breakfast) it seemed there was no staff enough. The 2 persons who were at service had to run around quite fast and a lot to have everything cleaned up and food topped up in time. They were still very friendly and helpfull :-) We just felt a little guilty that they had to work so hard ^^' In the morning of our last full day to stay, we went to the reception to ask for the evening menu and to reserve a spot in the restaurant to enjoy that menu. Maybe we weren't clear enough about the purpose of our reservation because when we attented in the evening, we couldn't get the evening menu anymore because except for a table, the menu wasn't booked for us. We still could eat "a la carte" and we had a good meal. But we left a bit dissapointed that we couldn't have the menu due to communication error. But don't worry, WE WILL BE BACK :-D !!!
