  : They didn't have BREAKFAST! Location was awful! There was alot of things going on police where called out on 2 or more times! Couldn't get towels, the iron didn't work! It smells, carpet needs cleaning!
  : They could have honored my reservation of start. They had me pay $90 a night! They said that they didn't see my reservation!

  : It’s in distance to restaurants & Walmart.
  : This place is a DUMP. First room I inspected had the water running in the shower like it wasn’t cut completely off with bathroom sink still having hair in it NO TOILET PAPER, i then inspected the bed which had pubic hairs in Middle of the bed, the sheets clearly wasn’t changed. The younger fella working moved me to another room (211 to be exact) firstly checked the bed for bedbugs as I do everywhere I go & I didn’t see any but their was food spilt on the blanket, so I went back down to complain (he said no ma’am that room has to be good) I told him come with me let me show you myself and after he seen it like the beds was not changed he said I’ll have the bed cleaned & sheets put on in 5 minutes (which he did) next, no soaps in the bathroom (provided one towel , one wash cloth and a floor towel) I went as far as moving the slide tables which was nasty and like never been moved to be cleaned. This place is a dump, it nasty, out dated, no elevator (gotta go up stairs, no big deal) but just the entire facility was nasty. The only good thing was it had decent vending machines which offered a tooth paste & tooth brush kit (I purchased) (the trip was a unexpected stay so we had nothing with us) it also offered condoms, Tylenol, different travel size stuff… it was neat, but the place is seriously a dump, and by looking at the area, all the hotels in the area was run down including the days in.

  : The room repairs should have been hidden!Ive worked in the hotel industry over ten years and trust me I know clean when It’s clean..The housekeeper need to check behind the doors in the bathroom baby hairs was everywhere behind the door..It smells of a seti. Tank may be backing up!!
