  : The property gives you a very good value for money. It was usually quiet, short distance from the road, but no road noise was leaking in. The AC was very useful because of the high humidity in the area usually. The owners were really nice and polite. Just a minute walk away from the property there is a market and a bakery.
  : The location is slightly inconvenient if you want to go to the beach by foot and carrying your stuff, but you have your own parking space. One other slight inconvenience was that the only one hotplate on the stovetop was working.
