  : Every thing was ok until we came back to are room and it had some how was locked from the inside latched we asked the host to find a way to open my door he was rude and said there was nothing wrong with the key but that was not the problem we took him and showed him and he said there's nothing I can do until the superintendent comes in tomorrow all of our stuff was in our room we had to get in to get my wife's insulin she was getting sick and we could not get in there she was on the verge of passing out and then one of the other attendants said that happened to him too so he was able to get our door open we was out in the heat waiting to get into our room to get our medication for about an hour so are experience of a peaceful night wound up in the emergency room because of a malfunction in your door lock system and plus they did not even try to accommodate us for our inconvenience

  : Bed sheets were stained, room smelled of cigarette smoke and all the furniture were covered in a sticky substance looking like lubrificant to me. Plus floor was sticky like it hasnt been clean since ages.Unfortunately I red all the reviews too late when I already was in my room. You guys need to clean that place for real

  : The location was a plus. The front desk personnel both day and night staff. They accommodated us with timely responses.
  : I did not like the way the bathroom was. In the itinerary it said the room that we chose had a bathroom with a bathtub. There was no bathtub, which bummed me out. Also the fact that shower curtain was not clean and there was black stuff coming out the shower.
