  : Location is superb. Although advertised a lot as a place for families with kids, it is great for travelers of all ages: so many hiking routes around! Breakfast was amazing, lot's of great healthy options, they accommodate gluten free / lactose free / vegetarian and vegan easily. Staff was so lovely and helpful, they really took care of us upon our late arrival.
  : The rooms are quite dated, there is this "old" smell in the furniture and also in the corridors. If you book a standard room, be ready to be in the "side room" of a larger unit (there is a door connecting the two). I think that since this is often used by families, this would be a children's room for example. It is long and the bed is really away from the windows, which means little light in the morning (can be great for some, but I like to be close to light & air), and the balcony is shared with the next larger room. Bathrooms are also tiny (just fyi). None of this is really a problem, until you look at the pricing - I would expect to pay around 30% less for a room of this standard.

  : Location, facilities, staff. The hotel was clean and has a cool style and charm
  : The property is starting to show a fair amount of wear and tear. Could do with modernization. Would be cool if rehabilitated in a similar way to Sommerro hotel in Oslo, keeping the style but just refreshing carpets etc
