  : We had a real loud noise in our room. The receptionist was so kind and gave us a new room. That was great.
  : It is old and dirty in the main areas. The room is good.

  : Staff at front desk were welcoming
  : Noise all night long from above our room. Not from guests but sounded like a generator noise. Situated beside a door on the hallway which was left to bang open and closed all night long. Could hear everything going on. The mattress was so hard that the floor would have been softer to sleep on. The heat in the room was unreal and the heating was off. We were told to keep all windows closed because it was midge season

  : The reception staff and the grounds of the hotel.
  : The biggest two issues were firstly, we asked for late check outs on both mornings. On both occasions someone walked into our room. The first morning we were in bed, the second morning my partner was getting changed from out of the shower. She was very upset and embarrassed as she didn't know what was seen. Secondly, I asked for laundry service that cost £13. When I collected it all my nice clothes were screwed up in a ball in a plastic bag. The could have a least folded it. Where is the consideration?? We stay in the area 5 times a month and wouldn't return without a refund. So now stay across the road in a pub/hotel. Also the menu is very bad, I can only assume people are eating elsewhere locally.
