  : Great location with plenty of restaurant options close by. UT Tyler is within 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped.
  : The carpet in all of the common areas and halls are very dirty and stained. The pool had not been maintained and was very dirty - leaves and trash in the pool. Breakfast was so so.

  : It was close enough to everything. The ladies who worked the breakfast and front desk were amazing. The pool got reopened earlier than expected.
  : I originally booked my room on May 8. The booking said "this room has 3 beds". Meaning 2 regular beds and 1 pull out sofa bed. I have the email, still, where it says that. When I checked in and went to the room it was 1 bed and a pull out bed. This was not the room I booked. I went to the front counter to tell the guy& showed him my conformation email. He said that's all they had. He said they don't have any like what my email says .. I had my partner, son and daughter and I needed 3 beds cause they do not want to share a bed. I was very very upset but didn't want to ruin their vacation so we went and bought air mattresses for them and had that in that little room that yal stuck a family of 4 in

  : Some things in room needed fixing , stopper in sink , we wear contacts and need to be able to close it but wasnt connected so couldnt open and close. Some outlets didnt work.

  : It was very nice, clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds and rooms, pet friendly.
  : That there was no hot water in our room for the entirety of our stay (1 night only). Even if the hotel was full, it should be prepared to give each room hot water. This was not the case. I tried several times, but no hot water came to shower or sinks.
