  : The location of this property is nice. I wish the neighbors weren’t SO close but I don’t think anyone complained about our noise anyhow. The place is adorable, the decor is nice but things were dusty and our tablecloth was dirty with crusted old food and that made me wonder how clean the other things that ‘looked clean’ actually were. For me the price was a bit high for the stay but I suppose I may just be cheap. Lol. All in all the weekend was fabulous being so close to the beach and we didn’t worry too much about not having hot water in both houses.
  : The hot water wouldn’t work in both cottages at once so you still had to wait for showers even though there were two! The place was not dusted well and the tablecloth was dirty with old food. You still have to pay to park at the beach on top of all the money you’ve paid to stay there, and when you’re there all day that really adds up quick! (You can walk but we had young children making that option more unrealistic, we rented a golf cart just across the road, another $80 for 24 hours, but they do come with free beach parking included!) Also not quite enough toiletries left for all the guests that stayed, we had a full house bodies in all the beds and it’s a good thing some of them brought their own.
