: Our room was gorgeous and fairly clean, aside from a few marks on the walls. Very nice and quiet, other people staying in other units were friendly and respectful. I especially loved the Keurig and complimentary makeup wipes!
: We arrived about 15 minutes before we were meant to check in (4 pm). I’m glad we did because we didn’t get into our room until 5:30 pm. Firstly, we were given the wrong keys. We finally find the unit in the directions i was given, and the key doesn’t work. A kind neighbor happened to see us struggling and offered help (we later learned he was head of their HOA). After calling the owner, they tell us we are supposed to be in another unit which already had ANOTHER FAMILY INSIDE. We were all mortified. The owner was extremely remorseful, but there should be much more care taken to make sure this does not EVER happen again! It could have ended very badly! We ended up being on a totally different floor and given a different key than we had received from the directions in the email at the start.

: The cleanliness of the unit could have been better. Hair in the shower, dust in several places, buildup on baseboards. Could also upgrade the mattress

: Bed was very comfortable and room was clean.
: The location was not at all as described, hardly ocean view. The size and amenities were not worth the price. Staff and management at the location were extremely rude to myself and others staying at the location. I did call for more linens as they did not leave enough behind for the length of our stay. It took them hours to arrive because there was a “mix up” according to the agent I spoke with. They delivered a trash bag full of brand new linens still In wrapped bags like they were just purchased. So they had not been washed and left lint behind.
