  : A nice place to stay at. Very close to beach and eating places.Great porch to hang out at. Quiet. Felt very safe. If you have any issues great customer service. Nice laundry room if you need to wash clothes. You are given enough essentials for about a week. Convenient stores a plus.
  : If you have more than 2 people, the futon would not be comfortable for third person. Low ceilings. One grocery store nearby.

  : futon needs to be replaced. Very old and uncomfortable. Really no comfortable seating in den/dining area. People above us had small kids and there was a lot of running and bouncing. Very distracting. May be a good idea to ask people staying above to be mindful of those staying underneath.

  : CONS- place could have been cleaned way better than it was. still dried up soap scum in the shower, spider webs everywhere, they use this gross gunk covered plastic non slip mat in the shower (I like a nonslip mat, thats just a nasty mat) a painted nonslip layer would be way more sanitary. the mattress itself is disgusting, big ring stains all over it, there is a mattress protector on but I question the thorough washing/bleaching of the linen. zero air flow in the place so the air is very still/musty, the bricks right outside the gate is super annoying cause its hard to get your beach wagon around it. PROS- great location, cutely decorated/painted, the lattic covered porch is private and very nice to sit outside, nice air moves through, water hose outside to wash off feet, discounts on certain activities on the island, keyless entry, theres a washer/dryer. all in all, even with the disappointment in the cleaning, we did enjoy our stay. it was a decent price for how close it was to the beach, but I think next time we visit we will explore other options first

  : Fantastic location.large bathroom. Ceilings are a little low and inside is dark. Unable to open windows. We got over these little quirks in no time and learned to live with it.
  : Would like to be able to open bedroom window. Needs brighter lighting.

  : was a cozy little place and close to the beach was within walking distance to everything plus they had bikes and everything you needed to take to the beach like chairs boogie boards and a cart to take them
  : Dies need some updates to it need to replace the the mattress on the futon in the living room or a hide away couch it was very uncomfortable new bed pillows did have a comfortable bed chair pads on the chairs in the kitchen and pads for the deck chairs would be nice

  : Location was perfect! Looked exactly like the pictures!
  : Very loud upstairs neighbors who blocked the street parking and were partying our whole stay. Not the owners fault at all. The floors need a good cleaning no matter what there was always sand on them even when we first got there.
