Set between the Rastkogel and Eggalm cable cars to the Zillertal 3000 Ski Area in the Ziller Valley in the village of Tux Hotel Tirolerhof offers Alpine-style rooms typical Tyrolean cuisine a cosy lounge with an open fireplace and a spa area. Half-board comprises a rich breakfast buffet an afternoon snack and a 4-course dinner including local cuisine and international delicacies. Weekly alternating theme evenings are offered including fondue Italian or Mexican buffet as well as typical Tyrolean buffet. Guests of the Tirolerhof can relax in the spa area which features several kinds of saunas a brine grotto a steam bath and heated benches as well as a relaxation area.

Massages can be requested as well. The Tirolerhof will provide guided ski and snowboard tours as well as many other winter activities. A ski storage room with ski boot dryer is at guests' disposal. The stop of the free ski bus is in the immediate vicinity of the property providing direct connection to the Eggalm or Rastkogelbahn Cable Car (3-minute ride) or to the Hintertux Glacier Ski Area (15-minute ride).

The surrounding Zillertal Valley and Tux Valley area are ideal starting points for hiking in summer and cross-country skiing in winter.

: l loved the relaxation rooms and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Its wonderful to be able to swim while it snows.
: There was one person at reception who was shockingly rude to me when I simply wanted help about an open grocery store on Easter Monday (Google had been inaccurate the day before.) I got my question answered by a clerk from a hotel across the street! That interaction soured the experience for me.The room was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The showers had great water pressure, too. There was no mini-fridge in the room. If you were not signed up for snack and dinner, you did not have access to snacks and drinks besides expensive options at the bar. This made it tricky as a solo traveller.

: The guest house is the scariest place Ive ever been to. DO NOT BOOK. filled with dead animals, skulls and stuff, straight out of a horror film. we got a panic attack after being there for 2 mins and had to pay 220 extra for a normal room (2 nights). The staff at the hotel was rude and you could see they dont want tourists that arent German/Austrian there. They were cold, ignored requests, answered in German despite understating English. And if you wake up before 7 am, theres no place you can get/make a coffee. which is insane. no fridge/kettle in the room???? awful. cant even make yourself a cup of coffee when waking up at 6/5!!!! the staff was super rude when I asked too. The gym was dirty. Dont go here.

: Great breakfast, egg bar, fresh pastries, selection of butter, honey, very good orange juice, etc. Large outdoor pool, nice and well heated, Finnish sauna. Accommodation met expectations, description corresponds to reality.
: Reception staff. We arrived by bike and she looked at us like we didn't belong there. All we got from her was poor information about the accommodation, no information about breakfast, all on request.
