  : Even if reservation was made for 3 adults and 2 children, no extra bed, pillow, blanket or towel were provided for youngest 7 years old kid.Looks like at the age of 7, a child is not considered as a person according to hotel policy.

  : For 4 days / 3 nights of my stay nobody pick-upped the rubbish from the room (despite I asked about it on the second day of stay) , no shower gel or toilet paper stock was replenished. No room cleaning was done during the stay period and no towels were changed. Mildew in the shower. Dirty TV and air conditioning control panels . It was very noisy: one side of motels windows faced to the road/highway , other part - to the inner yard , but it was not possible to open the window due to noisy work of kitchen air conditioning system and smells from the kitchen . The room was smoked and with kitchen smells of food. Some days rooms air conditioning system did not work . Uncomfortable pillows. There is no separate reception and no person who is responsible for motels guests . You receive the key from the waiters on the bar. This motel is more dedicated on meal service for travellers and possibly it is a good place for one night stay.
