  : No decent room service. Just change the sheet and make bed. No room cleaning or toilet cleaning. No towels cleans and leave it in the ground still.

  : The room smell, the stove was not working completed, only one grill was working, the kitchen bell was a lot noisy, the smoke detector was doing continuos beep, there were bugs and cucarachas, the staff must to clean at least 3 times because I was there 12 days and only ime they go inside and just take the trash out,. the main door was kept open with botles or other stuff.. I was not feeling secure, the bathroom door was broken and no one was showed to fix it, the lamp above the dinner table was not working and we were missing a couple of towels and no one bring it. I call and report all of this and the man on the phone do nothing, plus i was trying to change the schedule ad the phone number loaded at page was not working i call bookings customer service and they were unable to handle the schedule change either. I am realy dissapointed!

  : The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable.
  : The room was dirty...I bought cleaning supplies and my own linens at nearby Target to get rid of the wig hair infused sheets. The floors took 3 scrubbing to clean so your feet/ socks were not black on the bottom. I couldn't clean the rug which was damp due to the exhaust fan not working in the bathroom so the room stayed damp for hours after a shower. They are renovating rooms so the noise and vibrations from the next door room drove the roaches out. They also cut the power off for the reno so we had only one light from the bathroom in the room for an entire week. Calling the front desk did no good...we called 4 times over thT week so we had to use a flashlight to maneuver around. The entrance to the building was filthy and the whole front building reeked of pot. There were families living there so children were constantly screaming inside and out. It was football season so this was the ONLY extended stay place we could find to stay for my husband's 2 week work schedule but NEVER again. Staff was friendly but no helpful when problems arose and the laundry room is filthy and dryers don't work which we found after washing the sheets that I tried to wash. It was just a bad experience.
