: Great location - in the heart of city centre. Friendly stuff.
: An outdated apartment, the couch needed to be cleaned - it smelled very bad, the towels were stained and they looked very old. The apartment really needs renovation and a complete cleaning of the couch and carpets.

: Overall we had a good stay in Turku. The apartment was nicely located in the centre of the city. Comfortable beds and a nice and clean apartment.
: It was a bit hot so we had to keep the windows open. That was unfortunately a bit noisy. AC or an indoor fan could improve that.

: The only positive aspect I can think of is the location. The property was within walking distance of the water.
: 1. Presumably because it was weekend, we had to go to the gas station to get our property keys and instructions, which were provided in a paper envelope. Normally, these instructions are sent via a Booking.com message, so we were surprised that this type of information was still being distributed on paper in this day and age. It seemed entirely redundant, and we were charged 5 euros for this service. 2. The apartment I received was completely different from the one shown in the pictures at the time of booking. 3. Cleanliness was a major issue. The smell upon entering the apartment was extremely unpleasant, reminiscent of old dust, cigarette smoke, and mold. The area around the bed was covered with a thick layer of dust and hair remnants. Throughout my stay, I suffered from allergic attacks. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with less accessible areas covered in a thick layer of an unknown substance. The washing machine was dirty on the outside and broken. 4. I contacted the representatives, but no assistance was offered. Eventually, they stopped responding to my messages. 5. The most disappointing aspect was that up till now Booking.com also did not respond to my complaint.
