  : great position, right in the city center and close to the station, clean apartment, wi-fi working fine
  : at the moment of the check in organisation I was asked to go to their office to pick up the keys, or pay 12 euro to have somebody at the apartment to let me in, despite being specified that keys would have been at the reception, all the communication was via whatsapp, despite my email being provided in the booking, and document registration done via mobile camera, noisy, no isolation between apartments/room, apartment with just essential, bathroom is quite old, everything should get a refresh and an upgrade.

  : The property is very near to the train station and at 10 minutes from Egyptian Museum. Near the property there are many restaurants and Bar/Pub
  : The apartment is not maintained as it deserves. Appliances are dusty and the bath is old and ruined by time.

  : Very rude and ill-mannared staff, it made me feel unsafe actually. The property wasnt as clean as required and the wifi password that was written down was incorrect. I contacted a staff member who saw my message and never cared to reply. Worst experience ever.

  : Nothing. In 10 years, I have been using Booking.com and several years as a Genius member, this has been by far the most disgusting experience.
  : 1. You have to collect the keys of the apartment in an office building about half an hour from the actual apartment. 2. The light in the bathroom was not working, we were without light for 24 hours, a staff of the property came to change the light bulb, but the light was still defective and not really safe as it was lightning from time to time. 3. Coffee machine and kitchenware were broken, another staff member came, but he could not fix them and he asked our availability to wait for a third technician a few hours later, something which we declined because we had no time to be available to repair all the deficiencies of the apartment plus we were about to leave the apartment for good. 4. Many utensils and the couch were dirty with old stains. 5. The worst was that at the end, when we asked for a reimbursement for the many inconveniences we had to suffer (no light in the bathroom, no use of the kitchen, dirty utensils and couch, time lost to wait for 2 technicians and request to wait for a third one), the property subtly accused us to have stolen some towels so that probably, in their mind, this would somehow pair our request for a reimbursement. Of course, we did not touch any towel, but this episode completed our horrible experience. LAST WARNING: This apartment is managed by a Milan-based company, Clean BnB, just be careful in case you come across one of their offers. Again, in 10 years of travelling through Booking.com and thousands of stays all over the world, this has been by far THE WORST!
