  : I liked the location. The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and the bedroom was quiet.
  : Communication including check-in was a nightmare. I was told I would be contacted some days before my stay about the key. It didn't happen until I called them the night before - my call "got disconnected"... I had told them before by email and again on the phone that I would want to communicate by email - I never got an email from them besides the initial one. I ended up getting contacted by them about the key during my trip by text messages - thus me incurring the fees I had wanted to avoid. When I arrived at the apartment, they were unable to open the door - I ended up waiting to enter my apartment for 2h. - Luckily I tried the WiFi while they were still there. The password had gotten changed - And I never got a receipt for the tourist tax I paid in cash, even though promised to be sent by email.
