  : Spacious room and bathroom. Comfortable large bed. As we only stayed for one night conveniently placed near the station and only a short walk to the Historical Centre.
  : One small complaint was that we had upgraded our room to a suite with a small kitchenette but on arrival found kitchenette locked with a sign we had to pay an extra 15 euros to be able to use it. I had to haggle quite a bit to have it opened up at no charge as this was very clearly listed on my booking.com reservation. It also listed microwave and electric kettle - none to be found. I had booked this as we were destined to arrive late in the night and would be able to heat some food. Luckily we were able to get there earlier and have an absolutely superb meal at a Restaurant about 10 minutes walk - La Capannina.

  : the room was good and big enough, the location is very good, close to the center and public transportation.
  : the beds were not comfortable.the breakfast was not good, with smelly and unfresh cheese and hams, crumbled eggs were like from yesterday and we didn't eat these things. that was disappointing to start our 2 mornings like this.

  : Location - perfect (in terms of close transportation hub), center, however not old town if it is important for someone. Single room, but small, bed comfortable, TV could be bigger these days. Bathroom okeish. Breakfast - same all 5 days of stay. If you stay 1-2 days it is ok, but for longer. On other hand - it is standart hotels breakfast.
  : Maybe price to high. I knew what to expect picking this hotel, but have feeling that in my particular case I would expect a bit more reasonable price. But it is as it is :) Hotel meets its comfort level and location I suppose plays the main role here.

  : Right next to porta Susan rail station. Easy access to city centre. Clean rooms. Safe area.
  : Fruit at breakfast would be nice. The scrambled eggs are always overcooked, not just here its so common

  : I was in Turin for a meeting. The staff told me my room was broken when I arrived and moved me to another hotel which was too far away from my meeting venue. They ended up finding a solution, which was helpful.
