  : I'd not recommend LORIS BOTTIN as a host. I messaged him 2 hours before our arrival with ETA (it was 30 minutes time range and it was accurate). He asked me to text him 15 minutes before we actually arrived and I did that as well. But nobody was waiting for us near the entrance. We waited for some time and I called him. Nobody picked up the phone. I texted him one more time thinking that maybe he was driving. Long story short, we were waiting for 1 hour on the street near the entrance. I texted and called him multiple times and he never replied. Now imagine that youre staying on a street and have no idea what to do. You know nobody in this city and have no clue where you will stay at the night. Also, this is the last day of nice weather but you spent it just staying here and calling this guy again and again. That's not the experience you usually want for your money. The problem was solved only when I contacted booking.com support (which obviously also took time). What did this guy say? Well, he said that he disabled the ring tone on his phone and didn't hear my calls and messages. I don't know how booking.com support reached him but I'm really grateful for that. So, I don't want anyone to have the same experience.
