  : The room was really nice and spacious. The bathroom was clean and some of the staff were amazing, helping us with an order that has arrived before we did.
  : The staff from the bar was a bit cheeky in regards to tips.. she kept moaning that she didn't receive any tip for the day and it made us feel uncomfortable.In my opinion, you need to earn that tip by providing an excellent service

  : No windows at all, only skylights, little airflow. No kitchenette, not even a kettle in apartment.

  : The reception staff was not aware I had a reservation. Our room had been given to someone else, whom we had to watch clear it. The room itself was in fairly bad shape: water damage on the ceiling, from which water started dripping on the floor at 6am, stained and dirty walls, questionable cleanliness (strands of hair in bathroom, spiders and spider webs, dusty closet). A constant sewer smell came into the room from the bathroom. Heavy traffic made the bed shake intensely throughout the night. The room did not feel secure, as the door lock had been previously broken (wooden doorframe broken) and not repaired properly.

  : Look fancy and arranged and also well groomed.
  : Its looks like good from outside until you dont go in. Crumbling, soaked walls and stinky. The staff unreachable when we arrived. Waited anout 20 minutes and when i went angry wnt and find somebody to helped us. After we got a 2nd room what its dirty and stinky. we Find some food on the floor, the bathroom is very stinky and the besroom has a big drenching from the roof and i hoped dont broke down until we sleeping this night. Worst place where we ever had.
