  : We paid for 2 rooms, ended up only staying in 1. A waste of money.The bathroom in the room that we did not stay in had literal clumps of hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat. It obviously had not been cleaned before we got there. Both rooms had cigarette burns all over the blankets, both rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke, and the smoke alarm was just barely dangling from the ceiling from the room that we did end up staying in. When I told the office of the issues upon check out the next morning, I was told we should have come and told them and they would have put my mother in a different room, although they had a sign that said no vacancy. In my defense, after checking in, my mom had to leave for work and did not even see her room until almost 11 PM. By that time it was too late to go downstairs and let the office know that she needed a clean room. Both rooms were extremely filthy, but the one that had the clump of hair on the bathroom wall takes the cake. I've uploaded pics of the hair on the wall and urine on the toilet seat.
