  : Went to take my eight children to see fireworks and got kicked out of the hotel room because apparently eight children is too many for one parent paid for the whole night did not stay. AC did not work in the room worst experience of my life.

  : I never got to stay in my room. I paid for the room on booking com for 3 nights. When I got to the hotel is when I realized I needed an extra $100 for the deposit I told the lady I didn't have it right then and I went outside to go see if I can get it when I came back in she had canceled my room I emailed booking.com and told him if they could cancel the reservation I got the $100 like 5 minutes later I went back in to see if I can redo the reservation she told me no that she already sent them back to booking.com and there's nothing else she could do about it until they release my money now booking.com tells me they don't have my money and motel 6 tells me they don't have my money it's almost $200 and I don't know where my money is neither one of them knows where my money is

  : I rented a room for 3 nights for a client of mine but she only stayed one night. The desk clerk gave me the number to call, top get an authorization for a refund, but I was put on hold for an unreasonable time with no one answering. I then sent an email to booking.com almost a week ago, but no one has responded.

  : Room rates. Comfortable beds. AC worked good. Service animal/pet friendly. Didn't steal anything from the room and no damage was caused by service animal but the manager kept our $100 cash deposit. The manager is obviously tired of her job.
  : No microwave in any room. No coffee maker. No ice! One ice machine for entire complex and it was broken. Stayed there one week and at no point was any effort made to fix it or comp guests in triple digit az weather! No laundry services or access to washing machine or dryer! I understand the hospitality industry can be difficult when dealing with people but the manager at this motel is very/obviously been doing it too long. She is in no way courteous and should seek employment in a different industry.

  : The beds were platform beds so a little more comfortable than I have been in the room was a little small no creepy people hanging around
  : The manager was rude to a family member of mine trying to help me confirm my reservation for last night room until he was very rude and told her hurry up but yet they tried to charge me fifty dollars and not return halfy money since they cancelled the reservation
