  : one bed was really uncomfortable,we are not one to complaint but to sit or move would make the most awful noise. Told the reception after first night and nothing was done. air conditioner unit constantly leaking water all down wall onto electrical sockets. came out once to repair and still happened again the same day.

  : we booked a double bed room but they put us to a single bed room. The price of the meal over Booking.com was 5 and at the hotel they told us 15. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We asked for the manager but never showed up. The employees though were really kind and helpful.

  : The breakfast was the same for the whole week, plain.
  : So disappointing: first of all we had 200 euro stolen from our luggage. First they took 100 and we thought that we were mistaken, though we kept control of our finances. The second time it happened a few days after, another 100 euro bill missing. We talked to some other guests that told us that simmilar thefts had happened to them. We asked to talk to the manager and got told that she is not in (though we were able to see her through the glass window of her office, talk about customer service). We met her later and after confronting her she serenely said that it is the first time it happened and the " why should I trust you instead of my employees'.It was never about trusting it was about investigating the situation internally.To which we mentioned the other guest's complaints. She called the police and we were told that we had to go to file a report and after it will be investigated and that it takes time and as we were leaving the next day it was no use. Bitter taste to being so unable to clear this situation, being stolen in a location were we went to be ok and safe. We also had cockroaches, reported to the reception and promised that someone will come and exterminate which did not happen. The rooms could need a renovation, not close to its 4 stars. I really do not know how on Earth this place has this high rating on Booking. After, we checked it on Tripadvisor and there we found out the real value and that this happens often. Check it too and please do not mislead in the future other travellers that trust your site. I am not going to use Booking again, not a big client but a small one brings in cash as well.
