  : First, this location has nothing to do with a 4-star hotel and neither with "luxury" in the name. Very expensive for the quality they offer. What they name "Two Bedroom Signature Attic Suites with Side Sea View" is in fact a small room with an attic near, a balcony and a bathroom. "The Side Sea View" is a joke also, you see the sea from a large distance, and above other houses. The furniture is old, and in the attic you can hear all day and night noises, most probably from rodents and bats from upstairs. The cleaning is not so good, in 6 days I found in only one day that the bathroom was cleaned. In the first day when I came the TV was not working, the air conditioning was broken (what stay so until the end of my accommodation), the insect net at bathroom was very difficult to close, and a window could not be closed at all. Also, at bath were not exist any curtains, so we had to beware of the neighbors in the surrounding houses. At main room not were mosquito nets. On the first day, when I reported this, the staff came at 10:00 pm to fix those things, which I found very rude. The table tennis facility, which I asked about, I think doesn't even exist, because I didn't have any further reaction from the staff. The restaurant serve only the customers with meal included, you cannot order from a menu. At breakfast, if they are suspicious, they check you with a list so that you feel like a thief stealing food from there. Rude again. Beach chairs are not all free, first rows near the beach are charged with 6 euro. When we left, early in the morning (we announced a day before that), and carried luggage to the car, a person from reception came in hurry at us, without to wait us to go to reception to hand over the key. Very rude !!!!!

  : It was clean and handy for the beach.
  : It was sold as a boutique hotel, but was completely surrounded by its sister hotel! We did not get the gluten free breakfast on the first day that I had specified when I booked. Then we were made to feel like we shouldnt have complained about it because the restaurant manager was doing his best - 4 rice cakes is NOT a gluten free breakfast.

  : The breakfast had a wide variety. The food was mostly warm, but obviously, with a buffet, it's not always fresh. The pool behind the hotel was a lot warmer, and quieter compared to the pool at the main hotel by the bar and restaurant.
  : We only had the bed and breakfast option and were told at reception that the dinner and lunch buffets were $20 each. We weren't told when to pay, or where to pay. On our final day we went to eat dinner and one of the chefs searched us out and tried to get us to leave because we didn't have proof of payment, due to our bed and breakfast option, and not knowing where to go to pay.

  : Amazing staff, very helpful. Lovely apartment and private pool. Short walk to the beach (not a great beach and charged for sunbeds) nicer quiet beaches a short drive further north and busier beaches (close by parking difficult) further south.
  : Lots of things not working or faulty in the apartment such as internet, cooker, pool shower, gate but staff tried their best to resolve and most were fixed before we left. People kept trying to use the private pool, letting themselves around the back through the side gate. Maybe some signs or a lock would be helpful? Lovely pool though. Supermarket could of been better, needed to drive out for better value and more choice. Overall an excellent place to stay and lovely staff especially our maid, she was excellent at her job.
