: Beautiful luxury hotel with nice facilities and friendly helpful staff! The hotel was extremely clean. This was amazing how clean they managed to keep the hotel when it was fully booked and there were so many guests. This was impressive. For this I would give 10 star rating! My standard room with a nice balcony was very spacious. The bathroom was good size with a nice bathtub. I loved the live music in the lobby bar area.
: The breakfast buffet menu was always the same. I wish there were different menu. At least for Christmas or New year days. The spa is not available to use fully as I wish since there were guests from other hotels visit/use it for a fee. Also it was not so convenient to use womens changing room because it was most of the time overcrowded.There was a small accident with my personal things being stolen from my room . No one ever apologized for the experience but some of my things were returned.

: the stuff and location of the hotel are great. everything was and neat. breakfast was great as well, wide variety of choices. room was quite spacious. spa facilities were nice as well
: the soundproof probably is the weakest point of the hotel, you could hear everything, from talks in other room, to when your neighbors taking a shower or when their alarm goes off in the morning.the same about noises from the corridor, especially when there are children running and screaming in the morning, or even during the day, it was super noisy.I'd say maybe the hotel needs to consider child-free flours or something.

: ++spotless clean,spacious room,location in center of Truskavets, spa area-if I ask at booking for a quietly located room and find myself after between parents with small children-something in management of a 5* should be optimized, pools and jakuzees permanently occupied by 2,3 families....not optimal planning for such category of hotel.
