  : The room was clean and check in was very easy for how late we got it. Price wasn't to bad
  : The coffee maker in my room didn't work, and there wasn't much for breakfast. The only protein they had was some hard-boiled eggs and yogurt.

  : I liked the location, breakfast, and friendly staff, but they were not empathetic that I paid for a room but the shower did not work and the sink drain broken....I paid for just a bed that was not clean and had other people hair on sheets and pillows
  : Non empathetic staff that I paid for a room with a shower that did not work and the sink drain broken with no offer for discount or a different upgradeAlso I asked for 1st floor with some disability issues as the elevator was broken and staff did not offer to help me upstairs Also door was broken so every time I needed in and out I had to ask staffAnd this is in caseyville Illinois and not Troy Illinois
