  : 1. I was allergic to some cleaner or laundry detergent they use, so I itched all night long. No sleep. (At least that is the story I am going with)2. Two bugs were discovered in the bathroom.3. The coffee and breakfast were abmissal. No flavored creamer, only a machine that shoots powdered creamer and sugar into your cup. So coffee was undrinkable. The yogurt also shoots out of a big machine, and they have nothing to flavor it. It is basic vanilla.4. I had a small emotional support dog, and they charged a $25 pet fee. Then, when I had to check out prematurely and go to another hotel my second night in Troy, I had to pay a second pet fee. So my dog's stay in Troy almost cost as much as a room at this hotel. I think they should have refunded the pet fee knowing I was having to go to another hotel. Honestly, I think they should have refunded the whole thing since I had such a nightmare of a night at their hotel.

  : The clerk refused to give us a room. I showed my confirmation email but she didn’t care, I ask to elevate the problem to a manager she refused and says there was no manager. We waited for an hour to get our room, she received many complains while we wait. She said she couldn’t help us because she didn’t get the bookings conf. We finally gave up and went to another motel. She was useless in this situation and many others people were complaining about. We received a full refund from Bookings.

  : Bed is the most horrible thing ever. There is no elevator; they charged us for a service dog, the Indian lady was very rude,

  : It’s much less noise than before.
  : They said that it was breakfast and it was nothing but waffles and toast and cereal and coffee and they used to have a full breakfast but not anymore and they charging us like it’s a big breakfast and we had our kids the first day we went to eat breakfast the waffle mix wasn’t any good they need to work on that. If y’all bring back the breakfast then it’s worth the money but I think they should refund us some of the money because they didn’t have breakfast.
