  : Insects: The bathroom was infested with insects, making our stay uncomfortable and unhygienic.Misleading Advertisement: The property was advertised as having two bedrooms and a separate kitchen. In reality, it only had one bedroom with a kitchen containing a bed. The fridge was old, noisy, and situated right next to the head of the bed. This was a huge dissapointment.Inconvenient Layout: Access to utilities required visitors from the kitchen bed to pass through the sleeping area of those in the other room.Unpleasant Odors: The toilet emitted a foul smell, which permeated the room, especially since the bed was placed next to the toilet door.False Advertising: The advertised "private parking on site" turned out to be street parking, not dedicated.Lack of Basic Amenities: There was no soap provided in the toilet next to the sink.Poor Overall Condition: The accommodation was dirty and outdated.

  : Absolutely loved the picturesque scenes surrounded by the property, along with the traditional features in the village where the property is located. The room was well-maintained and fairly clean, overlooking the pool and with a sea view. The property was generally tranquil with barely any movement or sounds, making it a wonderful location for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come again.
  : Since the doors of the rooms are traditional, it allows for insects to seep in under the door. Also, for some reason, there were many ants concentrated on the window sill of the toilet. Not a major issue, but would recommend maybe adding some bug spray in the room for guests to use. Moreover, the pool was great but Id say it has a massive amount of chlorine in it which gives a burning sensation while swimming. Unfortunately, the net and cleaning tools of the pool were thrown or carelessly lying around the pool area. They were not used during my stay at all. So Id recommend perhaps stowing them away in a proper location. The biggest dislike Ive had was pertaining the reception. The receptionist is quite difficult to reach considering the reception is in a different area down the road from where the rooms are. Not to mention, there is no phone in the room to call the reception, I called from my personal mobile. This is an issue considering the reception isnt where the rooms and the only way to contact the reception would either be through your personal phone or walking down the road to the reception. The main problem is that the reception is located inside of a busy and noisy bar (Lithos) belonging to the hotel. Ive contacted the reception a few times during my stay, and most times a clueless employee from the bar picks up because the receptionist is simply not around to attend to you. Moreover, when I arrived to the property, the GPS initially stopped me a few meters away from where the rooms are located, so I had to contact the receptionist for assistance. She was speaking to me with a lot of background noise due to the bar and we could barely hear each other. Once I arrived, I had to walk into said loud and busy bar so that I can check in. I was also told that someone will escort me to my room by car to take me to the studios, however, no one showed up and I had to take the receptionist in my personal car to take me to the studios.

  : Excellent location in a quiet up-scale residential area outside Larnaca. Perfectly situated to explore local beach clubs, beaches and restaurants. A short drive into central Larnaca, should you wish to join the masses. Modern and clean rooms, nice sized bathrooms and a great outdoor area with pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Several local restaurants in the neighbourhood should you want to stay put and eat within walking-distance.

  : Location and calmness. we came again in the past
  : The baby cot was broken . They gave as the smallest room with stairs while I am pregnant and we have stroller with our 10 month baby. The door of thw bathroom couldnt close was broken and the matressFor the baby cot was very uncomfortable for the baby. The pool was dirty and the beds of the bool very old and yelllow. When my husband asked if there is other room downstairs before we check in they tell as an excuse that a baby cot canot be fitted in the down rooms.. which are bigger by the way. We were regulars customers but we will never visit again . Too bad I didnt think to take photoa as well
