  : We had stayed at this location before in 2019. Our booking was for a "room with balcony" - but when we got there we did not have a room with a balcony - which was a feature we really wanted - and why we had booked again. Indeed there were no rooms with a balcony at this location. . . . There were rooms with a walkway outside but these were all booked. The location is convenient for Bryce and Kodachrome.
  : The room we were given had frayed upholstery on one of the dining chairs - this does not give a good impression. Breakfast was poor on both mornings - little choice of food and very crowded. Pancake maker was broken on second morning.

  : The Inn's close vicinity to Bryce Canyon. Better value than nearby town which was closer to the Canyon. There was a small but dark sitting area as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was huge and comfortable. Adequate storage for those staying longer than the one night we were there. The breakfast was OK but we were fortunate to get a table outside as all those in the reception area were already taken.
  : Limited parking available possibly because people using the nearby restaurant were using it the car park. The Inn needed a bit of TLC but it was adequate for our short stay.

  : Location was in a nice town close to Bryce Canyon.
  : Old and super dirty: stained carpet, pet hair/dirty floors, outlets didn't work, holes in walls, exterior wood rot and rusty, paper thin walls, dirty bath tub, and no breakfast as promised.
