Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The best location in the central area of Tropea. The staff are very kind and helpful at any time. David gave us valuable information about restaurants and places to go.
  : Our shower was so difficult to adjust. Parking was so expensive for a very poor facility far from the hotel (you have to walk and go up a hill). There are no elevators in the hotel (don't go with be baggage). The breakfast is from 8:30 to 10:00 only.

  : Fantastic central location, walking distance to all the best restaurants and bars and to the seafront. David (front of house) was fantastic and no request was too much, proactive in keeping in touch by text message and greeting you each day, as was the service staff at breakfast.
  : Ineffective air conditioning that could not keep the room at the desired temperature until the early hours of the morning. Terrace/Sun Terrace bar not open, only open for breakfast coffees. No facility to make tea/coffee in your room or on the terrace once breakfast had finished. House Cleaning everyday was too much, its environmentally damaging and having the cleaning staff rearrange your cases and room on a daily basis is frustrating, especially when the Do Not Disturb light doesnt stay lit. The staff did a wonderful job but its just too frequent, two or three times a week would be appropriate.

  : breakfast on the terrace was lovely and well prepared. Even eggs and bacon made on request which was lovely.
  : Only issue was all the stairs with luggage. definately got a work out but David was amazing and always happy to assist.

  : Location: in the midst of cafes, gelaterias, shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife spots, and boutiques. Approximately 10 mins stroll to beach. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to catch the sunset. The hotel personnel David is extremely helpful, friendly and gives great tips and recommendations. We had tried most of the ones he highlighted.
  : There is no lift. About 75 steps to the 2nd level. I am thankful that David helped with our luggage
