  : Lets start with the positives: Location. The place is very well situated and you can walk everywhere in Tropea from there.
  : The negatives: the AC in the rooms does not work. Imagine yourself in Tropea, in the middle of August and the AC unit in the room is barely functioning. I had to shower twice each night so I could sleep. It was hot. I contacted the owner several times and she said she could not find a mechanic for this. I asked her for a fan and she left me on read. Very unprofessional people in general. If you can avoid this place, do so.

  : The room was really nice and the bed was very comfy and a nice shower. Room was cleaned every morning by a lovely lady called Antonella so was lovely to come back to.
  : - We were gutted to know that breakfast wasnt included as this is why we booked this place! :( (B&B usually means Bed & Breakfast) -We couldnt turn off the night light in the bedroom so we had to cover it with a towel. -We shared a balcony with the next room which was a bit weird. -The safe wasnt attached properly to the wardrobe.

  : air con wasnt working when we arrived, but they fixed it immediately, and were super helpful. the location was really good, and the room was so clean! we really enjoyed our stay.
  : the owner doesnt speak English, and that made communication very difficult. but otherwise was lovely and helpful!!

  : Air Condition was struggling, making noises that were too loud. You can pay only with cash. They don't speak english, only italian.

  : Top location, very comfortable bed, large room size, modern interior, effective and clean air conditioner, clean anew every day.
  : Description of booking is unprecise/wrong. This is no B&B. You dont get breakfast. There is no usable kitchen as the images imply. The balcony is super small and has no seats. Way too small place to dry clothings. We never met the owners; the reception has never been occupied. The only person we ever met was the cleaning stuff who was friendly but a little annoying at times. However, she cleaned the rooms well. But overall it felt a little anonymous. The water in our shower and sink plugwholes did drain very bad. That caused a bad smell.

  : very good location, clean and tidy, although the bathroom could use a refresh (ceiling). well-functioning air conditioning
  : no breakfast, which is a joke in a facility called Bed&Breakfast. the room lacks many amenities that were included in the description (e.g. coffee machine, ironing equipment). the room is definitely not soundproof - hear screams from the street even with the windows closed. service quite annoying in asking about the time of check-in (which we didn't know until catching the train from the airport) - as it turned out later, it's because the reception there doesn't really work, and the English-speaking team is present only at the time of check-in. then there was no trace of the service and we only saw a local lady keeping the facility clean, who did not speak English (so she was not helpful in answering questions).
