  : Location is perfect, close to everything, shops, restaurants, trains and buses. Building is well maintained with a lift and I like the fob we got for entry. There was very little noise outside from the street and inside the building it was so quiet and peaceful. The apartment was very clean and nicely done, we had all we needed. It was very nice to arrive and have the sofa bed already made up for us. Staff were always very nice and polite and very quick to respond to any messages.
  : The air conditioning did not work and was showing that it had an antifreeze problem. We reported it straight away but did not receive adequate fans until day before leaving, the apartment does get quite warm. Mattress and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and did not have protectors on them. It is important to me to have the protectors on mattress and pillows as so many different guests are using them. If these were fixed the apartment would be perfect, 10/10 and I would stay there again.
