  : lovely, tastefully renovated rooms, lovely staff. The junior suite with terrace probably has the best view of the while of lake garda. The spa is great, and it feels really luxurious to have it for yourself. The restaurant was disappointing, sadly, also compared to our previous stay - very uneven and some dishes decidedly not worth the money.

  : - Ms. Katia who handles the property was an amazing host- The serene view fron the hotel overlooking the lake garda was an absolute bliss- The room was spacious- breakfast was not great, but pretty decent- all the staffs in the hotel were pretty sweet and friendly
  : - without a car to go up and down to Lemoine sul garda is really not easy. We were there on a sunday when there is no public transport, and ending up paying 100 Euro to go up and down. Though Ms.Katia did inform me upfront that car is the most convenient option.Would be nice atleast to have a free shuttle once or twice up and down the mountain.- nothing much in the Tremosine area where the hotel is located, so going down to riva del garda and lemoine is the best option- no ac or fan in the room, being from the middle east and during the summer, we were a bit taken aback, but at night the outside weather was good

  : The breakfast was great. The view for breakfast was great too. The room was clean and renovated
  : There were too many stairs with no elevator. No parking near facilities. The pictures show the breakfast room for the room with balcony view, but the real room has a balcony towards the other neighbors and a restaurant ( no lake view). In the breakfast room, the tables were too exposed to sun and a shade could be helpful to save us from sunburn.

  : Nice building and well done renovation, very nice people - employees, excelent place in the same heart of historical town. Good breackfast, small whirpool and sauna, amaizing view from window of the restaurant, very friendly for dogs. Swimming poll for 8 Euro for person nearby, possible to go with dog. Amaizing way by historical way to the village. Cold and sparkling watew on your disposal by the reception.
  : At first I must say that I can raccomend this beautiful place if the weather isn t hot. And if we have another room maybe our experiece could be different. We were accomodated in depandance house, but the same problem was in a small room in the main building where our friends were. We were in the hotel in hot period, outside 34 C. Inside the same, during night and early morning 29,5 last night after rain and some trial with airconditoner provided by staff 28 C. Impossible to sleep all the time. I was walking during 4 nights with our dog outside, because she was so hot that I was afraid. There is some ecological system of air conditioner inside the walls, which definitelly didnt work in our room. The room on higher floor was ok, 23 C. Also problem was with outside part of this central airconditioner which was on our balcony (we had room with balcon), and it was noisy and heating all the time, so we need to close all the windows during nights. Owner appologied the hotel and I understoond, but I came home (after my first free days this year) so tired that took three days to be OK. I supposed be offered for example some dicount or one night for free for next year (I dont suppose to come back again anyway), we had got a bootle of white wine. I was speaking about hot in the recption from first day, same as our friends, but meet an owner at the end because of depandnce position. Also deposit box - they were not able to repair it during our stage so we must carry all money and documents with us. No refrigerator. I am really sorry to write this and I wish the hotel to fix our room soon.
