  : Nice view & pool, but no private area or much shade and too far away to feel the lake vibes
  : We have stayed in Lenno 6 other times - normally at the Albergo 4 star hotel with a family suite (for less, including breakfast, pool etc) but it was fully booked this time as we made a last minute trip. The location was too far and steep from anywhere we wanted to go so had to drive and find parking which was almost impossible. We arrived to no warm water in the faucets, only sheets on the bed, a book of rules including check out between 8-9:00am. We werent able to sleep due to the heat and noise from parties on the lake and simple things like coffee and an iron were missing. I would not recommend this property for families or anyone with mobility issues as there is no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of narrow stairs.They will charge you for towels, toilet paper, having dirty shoes, etc. as stated in their rule book. The staff are very friendly, unless you have feedback about the accommodations. In a very residential local area with watch dogs at most properties except this one- which made it feel unsafe due to no security guard or staff past noon. Leaving a very honest review as I wish I had read the same before booking.

  : We had a perfect stay! We were encountered with a lot of hospitality and friendliness by the hosts, they were always ready to help and supply us with whatever we needed. The apartment was beautifully designed and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, we did not miss anything. And the view we had over the lake was breathtaking!

  : Hotel Celeste is located on a beautiful town on the lake, the views are magnificent and match what you see in the adverts. It has parking in house and balconies and basic amenities that allow for a comfortable stay. The hosts were helpful in letting us know how to get around and where we could find things about the town.
  : For the price of the stay, having to empty our bins and strip our own sheets was not well received. Especially while having to leave early in the morning, would have been better to stay in a hotel for the same amount. Also there was people banging the front door our first night there and its very audible through the property.

  : The space in the unit was nice to have. Clean . The pool facilities and grounds are perfect. We only were there for a couple of days, so we were not able to enjoy residence as we should have.. lots of information and very happy to assist you at the reception area, opened daily in the morning.Paeking which is key. Parking in front of the building was great for us, as my partner's has had a few hip surgeries and it made it easy. We had the top floor room, which i didn't know when i booked. So we were pretty shocked when we had to climb 3 flights of narrow stairs. But we made it every time and were pretty proud of ourselves. I would recommend a room on the lower floors as they have a balcony and you can sit out and the views are better. I say this as the windows on the top floor are not at floor level so when looking out you had to be sitting in a chair to see the entire lake. So no balcony on this room or floor.I would recommend it for long stays as i said we were unable to enjoy the pool and grounds. Thank you for everything.

  : The view was fantastic, and the front of the residence, with the swimming pool and the tables/chairs in the grass were super charming. The parking at the residence is very convenient. And most importantly, the host are wonderful : very kind and very helpful.
