  : The location and breakfast are fabulous. The staff is very nice, they try to accommodate special and unusual requests and are polite and helpful. There is always at least one person that speaks English.The restaurant offers a variety of traditional dishes, the food is ready within minutes. I recommend visiting during the off season as it is not too crowded.
  : There are only two low wattage USB type A outlets in the whole dorm room with 8 beds. Make sure to bring a powerbank unless you want to sit in the common areas for hours, waiting for your electronics to charge.Be aware, that the showers are group showers without privacy. The soap dispensers are empty and don't get refilled.Mattresses are very thin and uncomfortable, beds and doors are noisy, so you will certainly wake up when someone else gets up.There are no storage lockers available. You won't get a key for the room, as it stays open and only one key seems to be available for the whole room. Theoretically anyone in the area can get into the hotel and into your room.

  : Staff were in their own world. Bathrooms were dirty especially on the ground floor. The breakfast could be much better with a few changes. And unfortunately also the music was really irritating in the canteen area.

  : Great location, convenient to go to Rysy, lake is nice as well. Restaurant serves tasty food
  : From big things - there were bed bugs and it smelled pretty bad in the shower and in the room.From small things - just 2 usb sockets and 1 key to share for the entire room (8ppl)

  : Great location and services. Good communication. Wonderful newly renovated canteen, amazing breakfast, amenities include wellness (we didnt use), common showers and toilettes new.
  : The bunkbeds in the shared dorm rooms are squeeky and none of us got proper sleep (before a challenging hike). Also the mattressed there were terrible but I hope they fix this because the rest was great.Also we think the price for the transfer is not justified, we didnt use (they offer 30/2pp, 40/3pp for a short ride)

  : Had forgot how much fun sleeping in a dorm room with 6 other people was like...but...was ok. Just didn't prefer that style of lodging but booking a private room was way more expensive.

  : As a mountain hotel, the regulations, visible at the entrance to the facility and in each room, include information about night curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 p.m. Unfortunately, at exactly 10 p.m., a party with guitars and loud singing started in the common room below us. The next day we were planning a several-hour trip, so I tried to contact the facility's staff, who were no longer present. I asked the partygoers to stop the party and follow the rules of stay. In response, I received information that they had received permission to hold a feast until 12 noon from the hotel management. As a couple, we chose a double room with a bathroom to rest before many hours of trekking. Unfortunately, having paid 150 , we were unable to rest and we left for the mountains early in the morning, sleep-deprived. I do not recommend sleeping in room 106.
