  : Location, pool, views. Fruit trees surrounding the pool and a nice lawned area off to the side of the villa made it a very relaxing place to stay. Very peaceful. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Thoughtful hosts leaving washing up liquid and cleaning pads, tea and coffee, bottle of wine - all nice touches.
  : Nothing - the villa exceeded our expectations.

  : Excellent location (though we highly recommend hiring a scooter as very hilly).Lourdas beach is lovely and there are many fab tavernas locally.
  : Little shade on the terrace late afternoon and early evening.This villa is one of four next to each and although the pool is a private pool, the privacy could be increased by higher fences.

  : The villa furnishings are basic but adequate. The villa surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. The pool and loungers are excellent and are the a big plus. Pool lighting at night is great just locate the switch (on opposite side of brick control box to the pool) and ignore the agents instructions. Linen is changed every 3-4 days for stays of 7 days plus. AC in lounge is a plus for hot days (but only on when present in villa) There are good bars, restaurants and well-stocked supermarket (Petros) close to the villa, but avoid walking the narrow lanes in the dark.
  : Although larger than the adjacent 3 villas, the pool is not totally private, being overlooked from the access track (used only by occupants of other villas). The pools at adjacent villas are not overlooked Driving Instructions are long, out of date and inaccurate. The route was circuitous rather longer than needed - and relied on photos of signs which are no longer in place. Best ignored - better to get the coordinates of the villa and use SatNav (Google Maps on smartphone works best in the area),- especially if arriving at night. A car is needed to get around cheaper to hire at the airport (Rent Car Kefalonia), rather than locally, for the best daily rate. There is no dishwasher (contrary to description on booking.com) BBQs are not allowed. Lighting is poor in the kitchen area light in cooker hood did not work. I was unable to connect an i-Pad directly to wifi. Neither owner or agent were able to give instructions as to how to connect. The agent relied on inaccurate technical statements and just sent me a copy of their T&Cs which disclaim provision of working wifi connectivity. If you need wifi, then be aware you will need to know how to connect IOS devices through an Android mobile hotspot. Wifi was essential for the multiple Covid return documents required by both airline and government. Message the property goes to the agent, not the owner, and introduces a delay (up to 8 days for one issue). The agent even refused to consider getting a 2-cup cafetiere (not provided at the villa) to replace a faulty coffee maker Texting the owner directly resulted in immediate help from him on issues with appliances, replacing both coffee maker and oven, although he could not help with wifi connectivity or kitchen lighting. Be aware of the above issues and you should enjoy your stay without the initial disappointment and stress we experienced over the first weekend.
