  : Lovely hotel in downtown Trapani. We had a very spacious room equipped with a kitchenette and large bathroom. Restaurants and bars are no 5 minutes away and the ferry terminal no more than 10 minutes on foot. The staff were really lovely and helpful, even cleared a parking space for us so we could park closer to the hotel. They went above and beyond to share tips and recommendations with us.

  : The location is perfect! Close to basically everything in the centre and to the port as well. Not noisy in the night! Very good

  : I liked the location and the staff was polite and mostly helpful.
  : The towels were dirty, nobody collected the rubbish. Nobody cleaned the floor for 5 days in a row. On the first night the water was cut off, we messaged the property and got no response until the next day. Nobody apologised for the water issue. There was no cleaning staff. We got the other towels on the last day.

  : The room smelled a bit moldy and there were traces of removed mold on the ceiling above the window

  : I liked the location. Our apartment was very nice and convenient stay for our group of 6 people. There is nice coffee machine and you can buy coffee capsules from the reception. It was useful in the morning. Otherwise we didn't cook but there was a well equipped kitchen.

  : The room was very spacious, and a big bottle of water was provided. The facilities were a bit old, but well-maintained.
  : Located end of the commercial area, so the road right in front of the accommodation was a bit dark at night. More than 10 mins walk from the port and bus stop, not that far if you dont have much luggage.

  : Dark stinky room, misleading terrace description - it was common instead belonged only to the apartment, obsolete elewator - you needed to push destination floor button continuously to keep elevator going up or down

  : + Central location i Trapani + Well equipped apartment + Tiles on all floors + Cleanliness + Nice modern bathroom + Good working free WIFI + Air condition in living room and in the large bedroom + Good double bed + TV in living room and bedroom (but we didnt use them) + Elevator + Shared roof top terrace ! Will we stay here if we visit Trapani again? Yes, if we dont decides to try something else ...
  : - Spartan equipment in kitchen - No dishwasher - No washing machine - French balcony, - in other words no balcony, only a door - No ventilation, except window, in bathroom. Occasional sewer smell - No safe - No smoke detectors / fire alarm (Thats the way it is in Italy?) - Extremely small and slow elevator, - only for one person - Old (original) stone staircase, - that somehow great, but it was narrow and a little bit scary
