: The place was very clean, location was great, the host was very helpful and the kitchen facilities were brilliant for a family stay. There was an amazing trace there where we could enjoy a fresh cake for breakfast every morning!

: the best breakfast we had during our roadtrip in italy. annalisa can really bake very delicious!!she is very generous concerning the food and the drinks in the kitchen. the kitchen which was a common area was very well equipped. the fridge was full of everything (food, fruits, drinks, etc.) the location was very good! the terrace which was a common area was also very nice to chill. it is a very big terrace with full of green-plants!
: the fridge and the coffeemachine were strangely hidden in the wardrobe which we discovered only on our last night by chance. these things might have been mentioned on the standard handout of facility information which you can find on the table in the room.

: Very clean and super comfortable bed. The location was also great and we liked the rooftop terrace (even when it would habe more potential).
: Checkin: we were asked to the owner our exact arrivals time one hour in advance what we did. When we arrived she was not there and just started driving there after we called her, so we had to wait on the street all the time - and she didn't even apologize. Privacy: the lock of the door was broken. The owner told us, that it is closable in a specific way what we tried all the time but it only worked occasionally. We noticed that the cleaning lady just walked into another (occupied) room without even trying to unlock it with a key, so this seems to be usual behavior. Definitely not cool when you want to feel safe at night or want to leave your belongings when you go out.
