: Very central location. Quiet street Big room with large comfortable bed. Great shower with abundant hot water. Good breakfast with a wide range of options.
: Not really a dislike but a warning to those arriving by car. It's almost impossible to reach directly by car. If arriving by car, get instructions for the nearest free parking. It's then a short (3-4 minutes) walk to the property.

: The room was lovely, with a sweet little balcony. Spotlessly clean and quiet. The location is perfect for walking around Trani. Lighting in the room is thoughtful, as is the decor.
: Breakfast was poor quality and very limited. On site customer service disappointing. Werent able to carry out simple requests like arranging a taxi to the station, and we were told there was parking outside, when there isnt. You have to park away from the hotel and haul your luggage along cobbled streets and up and down steps. Not possible for anyone disabled or infirm. This should be mentioned on the website.

Disappointing

Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
: Breakfast on the terrace.
: Impossible to get to the hotel or their advertised car park due to traffic control restrictions. I spent an hour trying to find their car park and eventually gave up and found a place a good distance away.
