When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs USD 12 per stay.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Hampton Inn Tracy in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Please note the property will be undergoing renovations from mid-June 2019 through 13 September 2019.
