  : Exceptional food.Rooms smaller but clean and comfy + quiet. Location good but you have to still walk to slope some 4mins. Nice place, with nice basic wellness, good food, acceptable rooms, playground area , Good parking availability
  : Basic wellness only and lack of towels. Carpark was an iceskate ring with people falling constantly, with no almost no maintenance..Biggest letdown is staff. Full lack of basic communication,no smile,greeting ,welcome.This staff is reason why people will be replaced by robots in service industry- because there is zero value added by having a person serving you. (only exception a young tall guy with dark hair who was nice, and proactive in his service, who should get paid also money that his colleagues get)

  : Breakfast and dinner were great, wellness area too, family room spacious, staff friendly and helpful, well-heated room for ski equipment, 150 m from the cable car
  : The disadvantage is the start of breakfast at 8:00 a.m., considering that the slopes open at 9:00 a.m., so exactly at 8:00 a.m. there is a big crowd and chaos in the restaurant. It would be great if breakfast was moved at least half an hour earlier, if not an hour earlier, at least during the ski season. For the use of the wellness area, the use of towels and robes is charged

  : Heating in the bathroom did not work, soft mattress, strange smell from the other room coming through plaster wall, dirty walls - could be painted, some ceiling lamps were missing and overall feeling is that room is not really clean
